Effective pull-ups for a strong back and dips for the triceps

With the high-quality pull-up bar, you can perform perfect pull-ups - regardless of whether you are just starting out with pull-up training or are already a pro. If you are just starting out, use the easy-to-fold platform as support and begin guided exercises. To make your start even easier, you can also adjust the resistance on the weight block to reduce your body weight. This way, the first pull-ups are sure to be successful and training motivation remains high.

If you are already well trained and want to challenge yourself more, train without the platform when folded. Again, you can use the weight block to control the intensity of your workout. The lower the resistance, the more you should train with your own body weight. Challenge yourself! Vary your pull-ups with the different grip variations on the pull-up bar :

Triceps training

Dip training is the challenge for your triceps. You can also control exercise intensity on the integrated dip station. If you increase the resistance at the weight block, the dip exercise becomes easier and is therefore especially suitable for beginners in strength training. As you lower the resistance, you train more and more with your own body weight and get stronger and stronger. Alternatively, you can fold the platform and perform a completely free dip.
