The latest update of the HDMI specification supports a series of higher video resolutions and refresh rates including 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz, and resolutions up to 10K. Dynamic HDR formats are also supported, and the bandwidth capacity has been increased to 48 Gbps.
This new Ultra High Speed HDMI Cable from Nedis supports a bandwidth of 48 Gbps. The cable ensures that properties are delivered that depend on a high bandwidth including an uncompressed 8K video with HDR. It has exceptionally low EMI (electromagnetic interference) which reduces interference with wireless devices in the vicinity. The cable is backwards compatible and can be used with the existing installed base of HDMi devices.
