The housing of the carbon monoxide detector, also known as a CO detector, is remarkably inconspicuous. The detector has a textured, grainy wall structure. This allows it to blend in beautifully with almost any wall. The CO detector is compact (75 x 106 x 35 mm) and is suitable for hanging or placing on a surface.

Also warns at lower concentrations of carbon monoxide

Carbon monoxide detectors display the carbon monoxide concentration in ppm. Ppm stands for parts per million, meaning the number of particles per million. It is legally required that CO detectors alarm at a detected carbon monoxide concentration of 50 ppm for 60 minutes. An alarm of >85dB will not go unnoticed, even while you sleep.

However, prolonged exposure to a lower concentration of CO is also harmful to health. The Alecto COA1910 carbon monoxide detector already provides a warning when a concentration of 30 ppm is detected for 60 minutes.
