Reliable and versatile paper handling
The U-shaped path and the selectable straight paper path with a robust feeding mechanism enables effortless scanning of a wide variety of media, including embossed cards, thick and thin materials, or documents up to 3 meters long. With the folio mode, it is also possible to scan documents up to A1 size. The DR-M1060 comes with a range of technology for reliable paper handling. Ultrasonic double feed detection prevents images from being lost, while the double feed release (DFR) function minimizes interruptions by allowing users to quickly ignore problems in specific cases and continue scanning.

High-productivity scanning
The DR-M1060 is extremely productive thanks to ultra-fast duplex scan speeds of up to 120 ipm (A4) and a document feeder for 60 sheets. Despite its small size, this scanner can handle a workload of up to 7500 documents per day.

The DR-M1060 also comes with eCopy PDF Pro Office and Kofax VRS (including AIPE).

Optional extras
The DR-M1060 comes with a wide range of optional accessories to ensure high productivity. Scan bound books, magazines, and fragile materials with both the optional A4 and A3 flatbed scanner units. These two duplex scanning flatbed units connect via USB and work seamlessly with the DR-M1060, allowing you to use the same image enhancement features for scanning without any problems. A 2D barcode module is also available for recognizing QR codes, PDF417, and data matrix formats via the ISIS/TWAIN drivers.
