The Bowflex 5.1S SelectTech Bench can be easily tilted after use, allowing it to take up 50% less space than conventional exercise benches. This without sacrificing load capacity.

Easily adjust the bench into six (6) different positions for a wide range of different exercises such as shoulder press, incline press, bench press and sit-ups.
The dumbbell bench is adjustable to the following degrees: decline, 0, 30, 45, 60, 90 degrees.

The heavy duty frame allows this bench to carry a maximum load of no less than 272 kg .
