The Bosch PXE675DC1E induction hob features a FlexInduction zone. Combine two cooking zones into a large cooking surface via the DirectSelect Premium control panel to use large pans. Prepare a nice piece of meat with the PerfectFry function. The induction hob will signal when the oil is at the right temperature. At that moment, you can put the meat in the pan. Choose from 5 different temperature settings. The BraadSensor then keeps the temperature constant at 1 of these settings. The MoveMode function divides the large cooking zone into 3 temperature zones. Bring a pan of water to a boil on the first temperature zone. Then slide the pan to the second temperature zone once you have added your pasta. As soon as the pasta is cooked, slide the pan to the third temperature zone to keep the pasta warm. The induction hob recognizes on which cooking zone you have placed a pan with the QuickStart function. Then only set the temperature.
