Thanks to the ArcticCool™ Technology you no longer need to use ice cubes: the built-in compressor ensures a constant temperature and the perfect texture. A delicious drink will be ready for you within 15 to 30 minutes. Afterwards, the machine automatically switches to COOL mode, which keeps your drinks at temperature and texture for up to 12 hours. Useful if you don't serve immediately.

The Bardi Slush Hero® is equipped with the RAPID-SELFCLEAN® system. Simply fill the container with water, press the button and the machine cleans itself thoroughly. In addition, all individual parts are dishwasher-safe up to 50 ° C. This way the machine always stays fresh and ready for use.

How to achieve the best result

• Sugar : for slush, at least 6% sugar is required (6 g per 100 ml). If your drink contains less, add syrup/sugar before pouring it into the tank.

• Alcohol : for cocktails, work between 2.8% and 16% alcohol . If the alcohol percentage is higher, dilute with water or soda.

• Please note : do not add ice cubes or frozen fruit and do not use hot water .

Recommendation

Read the manual carefully, especially the guidelines for sugar and alcohol content and the use of the programs . This way you always get a nice slush and your device stays in the best condition.

The parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher at a maximum of 50 degrees Celsius.
We recommend cleaning the straws by hand. These can break in the dishwasher.
