Make your favorite type of pasta

Pasta is an Italian dough product with many possible uses: spaghetti, fettuccine, lasagna, ravioli. It all depends on how you cut the strips. You only need a few ingredients for the dough, and then you can choose from one of the 9 settings for the desired pasta thickness.

Table clamp

To make the pasta, turn the handle of the appliance. With the included clamp, the pasta maker can be secured to a table or work surface. It works like a vice; no assembly is required.

Using the pasta maker

1. Pull out the knob and turn it to set the opening to the correct dough thickness. Place a portion of the prepared dough on the kneading roller and turn the handle to create a sheet of pasta. Note: occasionally clean the bottom scrapers under the rollers with kitchen paper.

2. Place the pasta sheet in the cutting section and insert the handle into the corresponding hole. Turn the handle to make the pasta: there is a choice between two different thicknesses.
