The photo-electric sensor reacts quickly to smoke, especially in slow-smoldering fires. The alarm has a sound level of 85 dB(A). That's loud enough to wake you through closed doors and even during your sleep. As soon as the smoke has cleared, the alarm stops automatically.

Easy testing and temporary silence

With the test button, you can check its operation. The hush function temporarily silences an unwanted alarm, for example, due to cooking fumes. After that, the detector is automatically ready again.
