The compact housing of the TELESTAR DIRA M 11i + contains the latest radio technology, with which digital DAB+ and internet radio stations can be received, as well as analog FM radio stations.
The radio also offers access to various music streaming services such as Amazon Music, Deezer, High Res Audio, Napster, TIDAL, qobuz, Soundmachine and Calm Radio.
The hybrid radio impresses with its solid sound, which can be adjusted to your own listening preferences with an equalizer. The device supports the EWF radio warning system and Journaline radio text via DAB+.

EWF is an alarm system based on the DAB+ broadcasting network, which forwards warning messages in the event of a disaster threshold-free and within seconds to DAB+ radios that support EWF.

The radios switch from the current program or from stand-by to the alarm mode and warn the listener of a possible danger.
The 2.4'' (6.1cm) TFT color screen shows useful background information razor-sharp.
Thanks to UPnP, line-in and USB media playback, music files in a wide range of formats and from various sources can be played via the DIRA M 11i +.

Over EWF
EWF test runs are carried out regularly, both nationally and regionally.
In order to be able to receive test warnings via EWF in addition to real emergency warnings, you must make the following settings in your DIRA M 11i +:

Open the menu
Open the menu item "SYSTEM
Go to the sub-item "EWF settings".
Activate "Alarm+Test ON" under "ON/OFF".

In the sub-item "Configure Journaline" you can also activate the text service for warning messages.
