Yes, the Nuki Keypad is designed to be compatible with the entire Nuki product range. You can use your Keypad with your Smart Lock. The two devices communicate via Bluetooth, allowing the Keypad to be used offline (without an internet connection and Nuki Bridge).
Do I also need a Nuki Bridge to use the Keypad?
No, a Nuki Bridge or internet access is not required to use the Keypad. To use the Keypad, you only need the Nuki Smart Lock. However, we do recommend purchasing a Nuki Bridge, as it also provides remote access to your Smart Lock and allows you to conveniently issue access codes remotely.
How is my Keypad protected against theft?
Since the Nuki Keypad is mounted on the outside of your front door, it is visible from the outside. If your Nuki Keypad is stolen, we offer a replacement guarantee in case of theft. Simply send us a copy of your police report and the original invoice for your Keypad. After successful receipt of your documents, you will receive a free replacement product from us.
