TV installation service

Have your new television calibrated and wall-mounted by our experienced installers, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Basic TV installation

With this service:

  • We deliver your new TV. Do you live in an apartment building without a lift? Then we deliver the TV up to the 4th floor.
  • We unpack your new TV and check it.
  • We recycle the packaging material.
  • We place your new TV at the desired location.
  • We connect existing peripheral equipment you already have at home to your new TV. For example, a DVD player or game console.
  • We connect your new TV to a working TV signal, set up the channels, or connect it to your existing digital TV receiver.
  • We connect your TV to a working Wi-Fi signal so you can use the smart features of your TV. If a wired connection is preferred, make sure the cable is present at the location where the TV will be installed.
  • We disconnect your old TV and take it with us from the place where it was installed, if desired. This is part of the included Recupel service.
  • We test your new TV together with you to make sure it works.

Premium TV installation

With this service:

  • We deliver your new TV. Do you live in an apartment building without a lift? Then we deliver the TV up to the 4th floor.
  • We unpack your new TV and check it.
  • We recycle the packaging material.
  • We mount your new TV on a new wall bracket. Your new TV will not be mounted on an existing wall bracket for your safety and to ensure correct installation. So don’t forget to purchase the right wall bracket for your TV.
  • We connect existing peripheral equipment you already have at home to the TV. For example, a DVD player or game console.
  • We connect your new TV to a working TV signal, set up the channels, or connect it to your existing digital TV receiver.
  • We connect your TV to a working Wi-Fi signal so you can use the smart features of your TV. If a wired internet connection is preferred, make sure it is available where your new TV will be installed.
  • We dismantle your existing wall bracket, remove your old TV, and take it with us from the place where it was installed, if desired. This is part of the included Recupel service.
  • We test your new TV together with you to make sure it works.

Note: make sure you have purchased a new wall bracket for your new TV.
