In addition, the battery of the smoke detector is easy to replace.

X-Sense SBS50 Base Station: The central gateway

The X-Sense SBS50 Base Station functions as the essential gateway for your smart alarm system. After plugging the base station into the socket, you can seamlessly have it work together with the XS01-M Smoke Detector and other smart alarms, such as the XC01-M Carbon Monoxide Detector and SWS51 Water Detector. Via your own WiFi network, all your alarms are wirelessly connected and managed from the free X-Sense Home Security app. You will receive push messages on your smartphone when an alarm goes off or if the battery is almost empty. With just a few taps on your smartphone, you can also test and silence the alarms.

The SBS50 Base station is also an alarm itself. If one of your alarms goes off, it gives an (adjustable) alarm of 100dB.

Very simple installation

With the free X-Sense Home Security app, connecting the SBS50 Base Station is a piece of cake. Scan the QR code on the SBS50 with your smartphone and add it to your system. From the app you can effortlessly add and manage all your alarms.

Please note: the SBS50 only works with a 2.4 Ghz Wifi network.

The X-Sense Link+ Pro series offers advanced alarms that can be wirelessly connected to each other and can be connected to the SBS50 Base Station.
