How does the wireless & sustainable drinking fountain work exactly?

Turning on the drinking fountain: The drinking fountain automatically starts dispensing water for 25 seconds

Then the drinking fountain stops

Upon movement within 3 meters and within the 120-degree detection angle, the drinking fountain starts working (25 seconds)

Then the drinking fountain turns off when no more movement is detected.

If movement is detected within these 25 seconds, the drinking fountain will continue to flow and work until no more movement is detected. The drinking fountain now goes into standby mode.
