INVENTUM VFI6042WIT Range cookers - Induction - Power adapter - Width 60 cm

The free-standing Inventum induction stove VFI6042WIT lets you cook, bake and roast at the same time. The power management function allows you to set the total maximum power of the cooking area and thus you can choose how you want to connect the range cooker: on 2- or 3-phase. The induction stove has 4 cooking zones and features high-speed ceramic glass. You operate the appliance with touch controls. On all cooking zones there is a boost function and a timer with cooking timer. The hot air oven has a capacity of 65 liters and 11 convenient oven programs. You can set the temperature from 50°C to 250°C. The oven comes with baking tray and grid. The 5 insert levels allow you to prepare several dishes at once. Cleaning the oven is easy thanks to the easy clean enamel. The oven door is also easy to clean because it is made entirely of glass, with no awkward edges or gaps.

Boost function

The boost function on the hob temporarily gives extra power to a cooking zone. Useful if you want to bring something to a boil quickly. After a certain time, the boost automatically switches back to the previously set power level.

Cooking timer and timer

The cooking timer can be used when your induction hob is on. The cooktop is equipped with 1 timer per cooking zone. When the set time is over, the cooking zone switches off automatically.

Automatic cooker

With the automatic cooker you set a cooking zone for a certain time at the highest power. After this time, the cooking zone switches back to the previously set power level.

Warm-up function

This function keeps the already cooked or baked dish warm at about 65°C. The dish does not change flavor at this temperature and does not stick to the bottom of the pan. You can also use the formuis' warming function for melting butter or chocolate.

Extra safety

• Automatic pan recognition: If you remove a pan from a cooking zone, it switches off automatically after a short time.
• Residual heat indicator: If a cooking zone is still too hot to touch, you will see an 'H' in the display.
• Cooking time limitation: A cooking zone automatically turns off if the zone is left on for a long time without you adjusting the power.

Easy clean enamel

Thanks to the easy clean enamel on the inside of the oven and the all-glass inner door, you can clean the appliance in no time at all.

Power management for 2- or 3-phase

This induction stove features power management. You can set the maximum power of all cooking zones together. So you can choose whether you want to connect the formuis to 2- or 3-phase. The difference between the two is the way in which the range cooker is connected in the meter cupboard.
