A thick yoga mat for extra comfort
The Tunturi Yoga Mat 8 mm is ideal for all forms of yoga that involve many poses in a lying or sitting position, such as yin yoga, yoga nidra, and meditation. The mat is thicker than 'normal' yoga mats (3-4 mm), which provides extra comfort and helps you relax more quickly. It's ideal if you quickly experience discomfort from a hard floor at home or at the gym.
