The Inspire SCS Smith Cage System is a combination of 3 major workout devices in 1; the Smith Machine, Powercage and a fully adjustable dual pulley system (functional trainer) with impressive workout weight.

• Dual Weight Stacks; the dual weight stacks offer you unique iso-lateral exercises. Each side of the body can work independently for a balanced workout.
• Dual Racking System; suitable for smith bar and free weight bar.
• Adjustable high/low pulley system; offers a wide range of functional and sport specific exercises.
• Pull-up bar is mountable in various heights and therefore also suitable for homes with lower ceilings (minimum 204cm - maximum 219cm).
