The Dual Filter™ is a combination of a H14 HEPA filter and an activated carbon filter. The HEPA H14 filter filters viruses, bacteria, particulate matter and pollen from the air. The activated carbon filter absorbs gases. Compared to the H12 HEPA filter, the H14 HEPA filter filters more particles from air. The Dual Filter™ should be replaced every 8-12 months. The Roger Big requires two Dual Filters™.
