The Bosch PXY875DC1E Series 8 induction cooktop is a spacious cooktop that features DirectSelect Premium. This is a new spacious control panel for complete control over the hob. You can easily select cooking zones, power levels and other functions with one simple touch. After cooking, the interface disappears for a sleek design. This Series 8 induction cooktop features an even larger Flex zone, so you can be even more flexible with the different cooking zones. No pan is too big to put on the plate.
For a good piece of meat or fish, it is a shame if it burns in a pan that is too hot. Thanks to the PerfectFry sensor, the temperature in the pan is continuously measured, preventing burning. With 5 different temperature settings, you have ample choice for the perfect baking result. You can also work like a real chef by turning on Move Mode. You can set different zones on the hob in advance to a specific cooking setting. If you move a pan to another zone while cooking or baking, it will automatically switch to the preset settings.
Finally, there are handy functions on the hob for a quick start when you place a pan anywhere on the plate and a Power Boost for when you need a little more power.
