The Bosch PXX975DC1E has 5 cooking zones, three of which feature FlexInduction technology. You can easily start with the DirectSelect function. With DirectSelect, you choose the desired cooking zone and power level with the touch of a button. Do you want to quickly boil a pan of water? Choose the PowerBoost function and bring, for example, two liters of water to the boil up to 3 times faster. With FlexInduction, you can easily link two cooking zones together, creating a larger cooking surface. This gives you space for a large pan or for Bosch's optional Teppanyaki grill plate. With the PerfectFry function, you can, for example, fry the perfect steak. Choose the PerfectFry function and the PerfectFry sensor always keeps an eye on the pan's temperature. Does the temperature get too high? Then it is automatically adjusted, so you always end up with a perfectly fried steak. The Bosch PXX975DC1E is black and has a sloping front.
