The Bosch PIV975DC1E induction cooktop features a PerfectFry function that makes it easy for you to cook a tasty steak. A signal is given when the oil is at the right temperature. At that moment you can put the steak in the pan. Choose from 5 different power levels. The FryingSensor keeps the temperature in the pan constant at 1 of these power levels. With the QuickStart function, the induction cooktop recognizes on which cooking zone you have placed a pan. Simply set the temperature on the DirectSelect Premium control panel. The power of the cooking zones is increased by up to 50% thanks to the PowerBoost function. The pan can be heated up in 30 seconds with the PanBoost function. This allows you to move to the table even faster. The induction cooktop features a three-ring cooking zone. This zone consists of 3 rings, allowing you to use 3 different pan sizes. Forgot how long the spaghetti is cooking? Start the count-up timer as soon as you put the spaghetti in the pan. This way you can keep a close eye on when the spaghetti is ready.
