The Bosch PIE63KBB5E is a built-in induction cooktop made of ceramic glass, with 4 different cooking zones. So you always have enough space to prepare your favorite dishes.Induction cooktop is 60 cm and has a sloping front. The hob has 17 different power levels. The power of the cooking zones is easily set via the TouchControl controls on the hob. With just a light touch of the control panel, you determine which setting you are cooking on. So if one pan needs more heat than another, you simply adjust the power levels differently.

Fast cooking with Power Boost

The 4 different cooking zones on the induction cooktop have varying maximum power levels of between 1.4 and 2.2 kWh. Thanks to the Power Boost function, their power output can even be increased up to 150%. This function is especially useful if you want to put an easy meal on the table in no time. Thanks to the Power Boost function, food is ready almost 35% faster than at the highest temperature setting. The Quick Start function allows you to start cooking faster. The function sees where you place your pans and automatically selects the cooking zones. This allows you to select a heating setting right away without performing other steps first.

Timer with shut-off function

To keep a close eye on your dishes, the induction cooktop has a built-in timer. It emits an acoustic signal as soon as the time you set is over. Would you like the cooktop to turn itself off automatically when the timer rings? Then use the timer with shut-off function. When you finish cooking, the cooktop's last setting is automatically saved. Wipe the cooktop clean with a cloth and then you can resume cooking. Please note that this cooktop requires a Perilex plug. This must be ordered separately and connected by an electrician.
