A good footrest ensures an ergonomic working posture. When your desk or office chair is set too high, you need a footrest. A footrest ensures that your thighs do not pinch on the front of the seat. This allows you to sit properly in your chair and you are not inclined to sit on the edge of the chair. This contributes to reducing and even preventing RSI, neck, shoulder and back complaints.
