The SteamFry function uses hot air and steam together, giving dishes a crispy exterior while keeping the inside juicy. You can set the temperature between 40 and 200 °C, and the timer runs for up to 24 hours for slower preparations. The 2,000-watt power ensures dishes are cooked quickly, up to 50% faster than in a traditional oven and with up to 70% less energy consumption.
