It uses modular components that can be placed at different levels, allowing you to prepare multiple dishes simultaneously and make optimal use of your kamado's capacity.

With the Multi Level Cooking System, you can perform different cooking techniques simultaneously. Thanks to the 2 half-moon grill grates and 2 ceramic heat deflectors (also called heat shield or plate setters), you can grill both directly and indirectly. The system makes your kamado multifunctional, so you can not only grill but also bake and smoke, taking your grilling experience to a new level.

The multi-level design makes optimal use of the space inside your kamado. This is ideal for larger gatherings when you want to prepare many dishes at the same time. Thanks to the different levels, you can significantly increase your grilling capacity without compromising the quality of your cooking results. From quick grilling to slow cooking, you can do it all with this system!

From high-heat grilling to slow-cooking
The system is designed for both direct and indirect cooking. Use the ceramic heat deflectors to transform your kamado into an oven, allowing you to cook meat low & slow. The 2 half-moon plates ensure that you can sear meat quickly on one side of the kamado at high temperature, while other dishes can continue to cook gently on the other side.

The set consists of:

• 1 Stainless Steel frame
• 2 Stainless Steel half-moon grill grates (diameter 41 cm)
• 2 half-moon ceramic heat deflectors (diameter 34 cm, thickness 1 cm)
• 1 accessory ring for a dutch oven or wok, for example (diameter 20.5 cm)
