PATTON Kamado 15-16" Kamado Multi Cooking System

This Multi Cooking System is a practical extension for your Patton 15-16 inch kamado. The system is designed to work with half-moon accessories, allowing you to easily choose how you utilize direct and indirect grilling. Without complicated constructions, you determine the layout of your kamado yourself, tailored to what you want to prepare.

Choose between direct and indirect grilling yourself

With this system, you can set up your kamado in the way that suits your dish. For direct grilling, use a half-moon stainless steel grill grate without a heat deflector underneath. If you want to grill indirectly, place a half-moon heat deflector under the half-moon stainless steel grill grate. This way, you determine how the heat is used on each side.

Three clear cooking setups

The Multi Cooking System enables three practical setups. You can grill indirectly on both sides by placing a heat deflector under both stainless steel grates. You can also grill directly by using the grates without heat deflectors. Additionally, a combination is possible where you grill directly on one side and cook indirectly on the other. This allows you to prepare different dishes simultaneously, each with its own heating method.

More control during barbecuing

These fixed setups ensure you know exactly what heat you are using. This is useful, for example, when you want to sear meat first and then let it cook gently, or when you want to cook vegetables indirectly and grill meat directly at the same time. You don't need to completely adjust your setup every time.

Compatible with various half-moon accessories

In addition to the included stainless steel grill grates and ceramic heat deflectors, this system is also suitable for half-moon cast iron grates and griddles. This further expands the possibilities and allows you to easily switch between grilling, baking, and indirect cooking within the same basic setup.
