This allows you to bake on two rack levels simultaneously while still enjoying an even baking result. Moreover, in most cases, the oven does not need to be preheated when using this hot air mode. Defrosting and rapid heating are also no problem for this oven. Cleaning is a piece of cake thanks to pyrolytic self-cleaning: the oven is heated to a high temperature, burning away all dirt and grease residues.
