The Inspire M5 offers you both "Ultimate Hybrid" stationary as well as free functional training options. Why is this so important? The fixed pressure exercises help you develop muscle size and strength while the free movements improve your mobility and coordination.

To give you the right posture while working out, Inspire Fitness has made sure that almost everything is adjustable. You don't have to sit uncomfortably on a machine because with a small action you can assume the position you want.

• Unique lat-pull down, preacher curl, row and hyper-extension station.
• Orthopedically designed cushions for exceptional comfort.
• Space-saving "L" shaped design.
• 2 cast-iron weight stacks of 96 kg each.
• Steel ball bearings, all other pivot points have oil-impregnated brass bushings for smooth movement without maintenance.
• The pin of the weight stacks is equipped with a cord attachment so it cannot get lost.
• The lat pulley is equipped with a swivel pulley. This prevents the cable from running off the pulley during triceps exercises from the side of the M5.

The reinforced steel frame of the M5 is made of high quality and is finished with a durable maintenance-free powder coating. All parts in the box are neatly labeled for easy assembly if you follow the instructions.
