The De’Longhi La Specialista Maestro EC9865.M Metaal is a semi-automatic espresso machine equipped with Cold Extraction technology. With this technology, a special water circuit bypasses heat and optimizes pressure for balanced extraction. This way, a delicious Cold Brew coffee recipe is ready in 3 minutes. This is in contrast to the traditional process which can take up to 12 hours. In addition to Cold Brew, the device has 7 other pre-set hot and cold recipes. The coffee machine is further equipped with 8 adjustable grind settings, 5 temperature settings (between 88 and 96°C) and adjustable dosing. This allows you to refine your coffee specialty as a home barista completely to your personal preference. You can adjust the device to the type of beans, the roast, and personal taste. With the My LatteArt frothing wand and the LatteCrema Hot milk jug, you can also manually and automatically prepare milk foam at the right temperature and with the best texture.
