Powerful cells with high current and relatively safe chemical composition (lithium manganese). Manganese does not react with lithium, so these cells have high intrinsic safety. Such a cell is characterized by high current output, low self-discharge and good charging properties. Especially for battery carriers and modelers who consider higher currents with less space requirement.

Lithium cells may only be used with protective electronics!
Please note that lithium cells should only be used by authorized persons.
Improper handling or short-circuiting may result in fire or explosion.

Other features:

Lithium-ion batteries are thermally stable and have no memory effect.
They are lithium-based and characterized by a high energy density.

Technical data for "Efest IMR 14500 - 650mAh 3.6V - 3.7V Li-ion battery (flat plus pole)"

Notes:

A special charger is required to charge lithium-ion batteries, which charge the batteries through a special charging process. (CCCV = constant current, constant voltage.) The batteries must not be charged above a voltage of 4.2 V + -0.05, otherwise there is a risk of fire and explosion. It is advantageous to charge batteries only to about 4.1 volts, as this significantly increases the life or number of charge cycles (possibly up to double). Only lithium-ion chargers should be used for charging. However, cheap chargers sometimes have the disadvantage that they do not safely switch off after the end of the charging process, but instead continue to charge the batteries with a small charging current, which can be dangerous.

In addition, rechargeable batteries and batteries do not belong in household waste! According to the law, dispose of them in the municipal collection points or in the designated [usually green] containers of the trade.
