There are 6 automatic settings: low temperature, simmer, boil, boost, stir fry and broil, but the IH2108 induction cooktop can also be set manually. Furthermore, this unit features automatic shutdown, a maximum temperature of 240°C, a pause button and a timer of up to 180 minutes that is adjustable in 1-minute increments.
