Strix controller

The UK-designed Strix controller offers a multiple safety system against boiling dry, with automatic switch-off function when the kettle is ready or is taken off the base.

The keep-warm function keeps the water at the set temperature for 30 minutes with an accuracy of approximately 5 °C for selections below 100 °C. When selecting 100 °C, the water remains between 90 °C and 100 °C to prevent re-boiling.
