This deep fryer with a capacity of 2 x 5.5 liters is extremely suitable for the professional kitchen. Ideally suited for frying larger quantities at once. The deep fryer is perfectly suited for frying different types of food such as fresh fries, vegetables, and snacks. Since not all your products need to be fried at the same temperature, you can easily adjust the temperature using the convenient rotary knob. The temperature range is between 50 and 200°C, so it's ideally adjustable!
