Siemens EX975LXC1E Induction Hob This flexInduction hob is the hob that adapts cooking zones to the size of your pans up to 24 cm. You can now fit up to four pans in different positions. The hob automatically recognizes the number and size of the pans and adjusts the cooking zones accordingly. The roasting sensor makes baking and roasting easier. It ensures that fish and meat cook perfectly without burning. Simply select one of the four settings you want, wait for the signal, add oil to the pan - and then roast it at the ideal temperature. The roasting sensor takes over the operation and you don't have to worry about it. Thanks to the three different heat zones on your hob, you can easily keep part of the dish warm while preparing the rest. The individual zones are activated as soon as you place the pan on them.
