The Dual Flange ear tips are an evolution in Etymotic design. By using a 3-flange device, Etymotic earplugs have 3 potential contact points in the ear canal that seal the ear better than the single dome silicone earplugs on many products. With the Dual Flange earplugs, they have created a plug that is softer, more comfortable and seals just as well as their traditional 3-flange plug.

This package contains:
3 pairs (6 earplugs per package) of XL size earplugs intended for Etymotic earphones. The widest outer diameter of this XL tip is 12mm. These earplugs also fit other brands that have an inner diameter of about 3mm.
