Description
With this tube of silicone grease lubricant, the O-rings and the moving parts of the central unit can be lubricated. It is cold and hot water resistant. The O-rings are for the piston of the brewing unit. Two O-rings are needed for this.

O-ring dimensions: Outer diameter: 43.6mm. Inner diameter: 35.2mm. Thickness: 4.2mm.

This set is suitable for the following Delonghi coffee machine series: Delonghi Magnifica / Dinamica / ECAM / ESAM / PrimaDonna / Eletta / Perfecta / Autentica

Instruction
All automatic Delonghi machines have a removable central coffee unit, the brewing unit. This allows thorough cleaning of the parts that come into contact with coffee and the entire infusion zone in the machine.

You will need this to replace the O-rings: screwdriver, brush, silicone grease, two O-rings.

Step-by-step plan

1) remove the brewing unit from the machine and clean it under the tap;
2) unscrew the 5 screws from the brewing unit;
3) push the lever outwards and push out the piston, remove the O-rings from the piston immediately;
4) remove the gears and other parts;
5) clean all parts in water with a drop of dish soap and a brush;
6) grease the thread of the machine well with a brush using silicone grease;
7) place the new O-rings on the piston and lubricate them with silicone grease;
8) lubricate the inner wall of the cylinder and the gears with silicone grease;
9) reassemble the brewing unit and place it back in the machine.
