You can easily lay out the speed ladder and use it for various training sessions. Nice length and extendable

The speed ladder has a nice length of 4 meters. Do you want to create a longer course? Then you can connect an extra ladder via the handy click system (not included). The ladder has a width of approximately 47 centimeters.

Adjustable rungs and ground pins

Evenly distributed across the speed ladder, the rungs are about 40 centimeters apart, allowing both youth and seniors to train. You can also easily adjust the rungs by sliding the ladder's sports. This way, you choose the desired distance for your training. For example, shorten the distance for finer footwork or increase the distance for an extra intensive training. The training set includes 4 pegs to keep the agility ladder in place. Each rung has 3 holes through which you can insert the ground pin to secure the ladder.

All sorts of exercises

In addition to adjusting the speed ladder, you can also vary the approach route and type of movement yourself. The included manual provides various tips. For example, you can walk the ladder from beginning to end in a linear motion, but also sideways. You can do exercises by running, jumping, or lifting your knees. In short, a lot of variation is possible!

Storage

When you're done, roll up the speed ladder and put it in the included storage bag along with the pegs. This way, you keep everything together and the ladder takes up almost no space. You can also easily take the agility ladder with you to the sports field or park for some exercises.
