A CI+ module (CAM) is still the simplest way to watch TV. Insert the TV module with smart card into the TV and you can watch. You don't need a separate decoder with a separate remote control. This convenience is why our TV module is still widely sold. Consumers can simply continue to use their own smartcard(s) with the new Quantis CI+ 1.4 module.
The new Quantis CI+ 1.4 TV module features the latest technology and therefore distinguishes itself on a number of points such as:
- faster startup time from standby
- faster zapping
- suitable for 4K UHD and 8K
- new: 2 channels; record one program and simultaneously watch another (provided the TV is suitable for it)
- Ziggo certified
The Quantis CI+ 1.4 TV module is suitable for Ziggo, DELTA (COAX cable) and Kabelnoord, among others
