The convenient thing about the black cast iron skillet 26B from the MOA brand is that it can be used with all heat sources. Gas, electric, induction, ceramic or halogen, the casserole can always be used. Want to make a nice oven dish with, for example, meat and vegetables? Then simply slide the pan into the oven. It can handle the high temperatures just fine.

Why use a casserole?
