The Inventum breadmaker BM125 is suitable for 900 and 1200 grams of bread. The breadmaker has 12 automatic programs, for example for making jam and gluten-free bread. Put the ingredients in the baking tin, set the right program and let the bread maker do the work. Kneading, mixing, rising and baking, everything is fully automatic. The adjustable timer allows you to start the program at night, so you can enjoy freshly baked bread in the morning. This breadmaker comes with two baking tins for 1 large or 2 small loaves.

Automatic programs

The programs of this breadmaker are fully automatic. Put the ingredients in the baking tin and set the program and crust color. The kneading, mixing, rising and baking is completely automatic.

Large and double baking tin

In this baking machine you can bake 1 large loaf of 900 or 1200 grams in the large baking tin with 2 dough hooks. Or in the double baking tin with 2 small dough hooks, 2 loaves of 450 grams. Bake a white and a wholemeal loaf at the same time, for example, or a sweet and a savory loaf.

Adding additional ingredients

During the machine's kneading process, you will hear a sound signal on certain programs. You can now add any additional ingredients to your bread, such as currants, nuts, seeds and kernels. These ingredients should not be too large or sharp to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.

Perfect crust color

Do you like a light soft crust or just a dark crispy one? Use the Color button on the bread maker to choose light, medium or dark colored bread.

Timer

The timer allows you to delay the bread baking program by up to 13 hours. In the evening, turn on the baking machine with delayed start so that the baking starts overnight. And wake up in the morning to the smell of freshly baked bread.

Baking tin with PFAS-free non-stick coating

The baked bread releases easily from the baking tin thanks to the non-stick coating. You keep this layer good the longest by not baking sharp ingredients with it, such as hard nuts. Also, only wash the baking tin by hand with a little detergent.

Viewing window

The viewing window in the lid of the bread machine allows you to see if the baking is going well. At first to see if certain ingredients need to be added. Later to see if everything is going according to plan, without disturbing the rising or baking.
