Spring and summer are wonderful seasons to relax and enjoy the good weather. We open windows and doors to let in the sun. But often, uninvited guests also enter the house, such as mosquitoes, flies, and wasps. This insect lamp effectively deals with all that flying vermin. We have equipped the lamp with a blue UV light, which attracts the pests. The quiet fan of the insect lamp sucks the insects in, and then they end up in the collection tray. This tray can be easily emptied and cleaned.

Insect lamp without chemicals

You plug the insect lamp into the socket and it works immediately. Plug and play. The lamp is not harmful to humans or pets, as it does not require any chemicals. This also makes the lamp odorless. In other words: you won't even notice the insect lamp is there, except that you no longer have any trouble with insects. Ideal!

Low power consumption with this insect lamp

Not every summer has the same number of insects. This strongly depends on the temperature during the period when the eggs hatch. Some summers you hardly see a wasp, and other summers they seem to be everywhere. Then you'd prefer to leave the insect lamp on twenty-four hours a day, because waking up at night to the characteristic buzzing of a mosquito is not pleasant. But what about the energy consumption? It is very low, as the lamp runs on four watts. Yet, one lamp is sufficient for spaces up to 30 m2 / 70 m3.
