Co-op campaign

Choose from 8 customizable Cleaners, one of the immune system survivors and an array of deadly weapons and items. Take on an ever-evolving enemy bent on the total destruction of your species.

Competitive multiplayer
Play with or against friends in PVP. Become a Cleaner with special benefits or switch sides and play as the gruesome Ridden. Both sides have unique weapons, skills, and specialties.

Extreme replayability
A new "roguelike" card system createsëer different experiences every time, giving you the control to create custom decks and take on more demanding battles.
