The ACT AK4104 HDMI Active Optical Cable consists of copper and fiber optic and is the ideal solution for connecting devices over a distance of up to 100 m without data loss. The Active Optical Cable has a bandwidth of 18Gbps 4:4:4 to handle the 3840x2160 (4K) @ 60Hz resolution. The cable is supplied on a reel and has a detachable connector and cable protector with a pull eye for easy installation through conduits and plenum spaces. Furthermore, the cable supports: HDR, HDCP 2.2, EDID, DDC, CEC, Multi-channel audio, Dolby True HD, DTS-HD Master Audio and ARC.

AOC: copper and fiber optic for long distances and the best video and audio quality
The AOC (Active Optical Cable) cable is made of copper and fiber optic for transmitting 4K@60Hz over long distances up to 100 m without data loss. The bandwidth is 18Gbps 4:4:4. The fiber optic in the cable is protected by Kevlar and has an aluminum shield. This makes it extremely suitable for sensitive applications due to the low RFI/EMI. The cable is supplied on a reel.

Resolution of 4K @ 60Hz
The HDMI 4K cable supports a resolution of 3840x2160 @ 60Hz. This resolution is suitable for: HDMI 2.0, HDMI 1.4a, HDMI 1.4, HDMI 1.3a and HDMI 1.3. In addition, the cable supports High Dynamic Range (HDR) video for high contrast ratio and color accuracy, HDCP 2.2, EDID, DDC, CEC, Multi-channel audio, Dolby True HD, DTS-HD Master Audio and ARC.

Ultra-thin flexible cable with a detachable connector for easy installation
The flexible cable is ultra-thin and can therefore be easily pulled through conduits and plenum spaces. Remove the detachable plug from the cable and attach the cable protector with pull eye to the cable end. Easily pull the cable through the conduit. Then remove the cable protector and reattach the detachable plug to the cable.

Optional: connect an external power adapter
The AOC cable comes with a USB power cable for optionally connecting an external 5V power source. This is only necessary if the HDMI port of the source device does not supply enough power.
