Easy to use

The Gastronoma Knife Sharpener is easy to operate. Place the appliance on a flat surface and plug it into a socket. Turn it on and the grinding wheels start to spin. Place the middle of the blade edge between the grinding wheels. The blade edge should be held parallel to the tabletop. Lightly press the knife and slowly pull it towards you while maintaining pressure. Repeat if necessary.
