The revolutionary Modern Movement Edge Board 2.0 Extension Trainer allows you to perform more than a dozen different functional movements for a full-body workout. Improve your strength, agility and balance. Using the M-Trac app, you can easily perform a huge range of exercises and complete workouts without the help of a professional trainer. You can even create your own workouts once you are more advanced. Place your smartphone on the specially designed cradle so it can measure your repetitions and range of motion for an accurate measurement of your workout.

The Modern Movement Edge Board 2.0 Extension Trainer features commercial construction and is therefore suitable for professional use. The maximum user weight is 140 kg and the load has been tested to 540 kg. The M-Trac App tracks everything for you, including your progression.

The very compact size allows you to take this Edge Board anywhere. You can easily remove the smartphone holder so it fits into any fitness bag. The built-in brake allows you to stop the movement at any time during an exercise. The curved wheels allow you to make angled movements for an extra dimension in your workout.

Your phone's sensors track your repetitions, exercises, measuring your performance and progress over time. You can continuously track and view this.

Take advantage of three different modes:

Play: choose from a variety of games that make fitness interactive and fun. Games like a maze or your own version of Space invaders.

Train: in this mode M-Trac guides you through your workout and as you become more advanced you can adjust your workout to make it harder and more challenging. This mode also tracks your number of repetitions and your workout history.

Measure: this mode (only suitable for the M-Pad) allows you to perform a series of tests to measure your balance so you have a good quantitative way to measure it. You try to improve your values as time goes on.
